Expanding our range of services, we are currently seeking to

AUGMENT OUR TEAM an energetic colleague with medical education to perform practical work.

Job duties:

• Assessing the client’s physical, emotional and social needs to provide the client with the best possible care;
• Planning and agreeing on the best form of care in consultation with the client;
• Providing the client with professional and quality care;
• Providing advisory help and support for clients and their relatives;
• Daily collaboration with the company’s management and provision of the necessary reports and documentation;
• Attracting new clients.

Requirements:

• Good Latvian and Russian language skills;
• Experience working with senior citizens;
• B category driver’s license;
• Very good computer skills;
• Ability to make decisions and show initiative;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• A high sense of responsibility, resistance to stress and the ability to motivate others.
